11/12 Drop In

Offseason workouts are designed to improve strength, flexibility and agility by challenging players in a fun environment. Players will build a foundation of strength and balance, focusing on core muscles. Workouts are approximately 30 minutes followed by 60 minutes of baseball development.

Sessions will be held Tuesdays 5:30-7:00pm at the Blue Mountain Indoor Cage for players who played A or AA last spring. Sessions will run from November 6th- 27th.

Registration: Time slots have been capped to 12 players to ensure high quality instruction.

Players must wear running shoes, long pants (baseball, sweat or track pants) and should wear a long sleeve shirt or t-shirt with hoodie or sweater. Players should also bring a water bottle and baseball equipment (helmet, glove, athletic support etc

 
13+ Workouts

Players can register for one of two timeslots at the Blue Mountain Indoor Cage:

Monday/Thursday 6-7pm
Monday/Thursday 7-8pm

Begins November 5th

Registration fee is $20/month. Time slots have been capped to 10 players to ensure high quality instruction.

Players must wear running shoes, long pants (sweat or track pants) and should wear a long sleeve shirt or t-shirt with hoodie or sweater. Players should bring a water bottle and baseball equipment (helmet, etc)
