Rookie League Classic

This is an annual tournament for our AA Rookie Division, and is usually scheuled mid-season. All of Coquitlam's Rookie teams are entered and it gives them an opportunity to play at the gem of Maillardville, Mackin Yard! For the 2010 season the Classic is schedueled for May 28th - May 31st.

All regular season rules apply. No inning may start 1.5hrs after first pitch.

The AA Rookie Blue Jays defeated the Giants 7-4 in the finals of the 2010 Rookie Classic. The Jays lost their first game but reeled off three straight to take the title. Congratulations to Coach Geoff Tom and all the boys for a well earned victory. Also a big congratulations to all the teams for making this a great tournament despite losing all of Saturday to the rains.
