This is a mid-season tournament in the Majors schedule that offers a break from regular season play for the competitive nature of a tournament. Held annually on the May long-weekend at Mackin Yard, we have brought together teams from across the Lower Mainland in a rematch of the 2010 tournament. Yes, EVERY team is returning from 2010 to round out the tournament bracket. Coquitlam, Whalley, Little Mountain, Hastings, New Westminster, Lynn Valley, and Forest Hills will battle it out on the diamond to crown a champion for the 2011 MYI. A fantastic weekend for baseball, be sure to come out to support your local Little League! Grab a hotdog and a bowl of chili from our concession stand, sit back and enjoy some great Little League action. |
