Umpiring is a great way for all ages to be involved with the game! There is a lot of flexibility and you even get paid. No experience is necessary. Stick with it, develop your skills and who knows, maybe you can end up doing working a Canadian Championship or even a World Series like our own Scott Barden!

Returning umpire clinic. If you have umped before and want to get the annual bump in your per game rate, this clinic is a must attend - March 5th from 6-8pm at Blue Mountain.

New umpire clinic is March 6th from 6-8 pm at Blue Mountain.

Both new and returning umpires must attend the on field training on March 10th from 1-5pm at Blue Mountain.

The sessions will focus on basic rules of baseball, maintaining the tempo of the game, basic positioning (2-man system), and will answer any questions that attendees may have.

These sessions are intended to focus on actual field work and how to properly operate with a two man system. The intention of the session is to go over proper positioning for the plate and base positions.

Those hoping to umpire in the 2019 season must attend clinics! Registration for all 3 clinics is now open. Please note - the system requires that you register for the on field as well as whichever classroom session is appropriate (new or returning).
