Intro

You will receive a username and password from your Division Coordinator.  You can share this login with your team parent.  This will allow you to login to https://admin.rampcms.com and edit your staff, schedules, rosters etc.  Your staff, roster and game schedule should already be set.  

 

When you login you should see this:

Cancelling Games and Rainouts

  1. Ensure that the head coach/managers of both teams have communicated and agree to cancel the game
  2. Let the division coordinator and the umpire in chief know
  3. Cancel the game in the App or at admin.rampcms.com
    1. It will take up to 60 mins for the game to be cancelled on the rampassigning.com site for the umpires

 

Adding Game and Practices From the App

  1. In the bottom navigation select “Teams” then select your team


  2. Select “Menu” from the top right


  3. Select “Create an Event


  4. Select the Even type and enter all information
    NOTE Do not type in a location, use the Map Icon, if you type in the location your field will not be booked and you could risk losing your field


  5. Search for your Diamond use this list as a reference
    Mackin CT (South)
    Mackin DQ (West)
    Mackin Middle (East)
    Mackin Yard (North)
    Brookmere
    Hartley North Diamond 1
    Hartley North Diamond 2
    Town Centre North Field North Diamond
    Town Centre North Field South Diamond
    Blue Mountain
    Roy Stibbs


  6. Save the Event

To Setup repeating Practices you need to use the Website.

Adding Games From the Website

  1. Login to the website at admin.rampcms.com with you team username and password you received from your coordinator
  2. Go to Games > Add Game or https://admin.rampcms.com/team/game 
  3. Enter the game information
  4. Ensure that you select a diamond from the list if you want to book that diamond.  If you are playing an away game you can select “Enter your own text” and enter the diamond name
  5. Hit “Submit”

Adding Practices From the Website

  1. Go to “Practices” or https://admin.rampcms.com/team/practices 
  2. Click “Add Practice”
  3. Enter the info
    Ensure that you select a diamond from the list if you want to book that diamond.
    NOTE Do choose “enter your own text” in the location if the diamond is in the list, if you type in the location your field will not be booked and you could risk losing your field
  4. Click “Submit”

Adding Family Members

  1. Login at admin.rampcms.com with your team login
  2. Go to Teams > Players


  3. Click on the edit icon


  4. Add the name and email under optional contacts
