CLL Covid Safety Guidelines

COVID Screening Check in Process
These instructions are for parents and players checking in for practices and games

  1. Go to http://covid.coquitlamlittleleague.ca
  2. Select the Division your are in
  3. Select your team name
  4. Enter your contact information
  5. Answer the COVID symptoms questions
    1. If you answer YES to any of the questions please do not attend your practice or game and let your coach know

CLL has implemented COVID safety guidelines in line with Viasport and Baseball BC. We are currently working on the plan for the youngest kids, and will post that when it is ready. 

If you answer yes to any of these questions, do not come to the park. 

  1. Are you experiencing any of the following:

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough or worsening of chronic cough

  • Loss of sense of smell or taste

  • Difficulty breathing

  • Sore throat

  • Loss of appetite

  • Extreme fatigue or tiredness

  • Headache

  • Body aches

  • Nausea and vomiting

  • Diarrhea

 

    2. Have you had close contact* with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

*Close contact is defined as: household member, intimate partner, or caregiver or face-to-face conversation for 15+ minutes

        3. Have you traveled internationally in the last 14 days?

        4. Have you or anyone in your household been tested for Covid in the last 14 days and are waiting for results?

         5. Do you have a fever?  38C/104F
